July Homes Sales Up

Nashville had 9.9% more closings this July compared to July 2018, as reported by Greater Nashville REALTORS. According the the National Association of REALTORS, 65% of consumers consider now an excellent time to buy.

The median price for a Nashville single-family home was $317,00. This compares to the median price last July of $307,000.

The inventory of homes available was 11,550 at the end of July, which is down slightly from 11,671 in July 2018.
