Just SOLD in Inglewood

A couple very dear friends bought their first house! This single-level home with wrap around porch received FIVE OFFERS in the first 24 hours, so we had to get creative in order to win. This house is awesome and I’m so freaking happy for Stephanie and Charlie.

SOLD in Green Hills (with a little help using digital furniture)

A couple good friends sold their impressive 3 bed / 2 bath home in Green Hills. It was vacant when professional pictures were taken so we tried virtual staging- furniture digitally placed in the pictures to help give buyers an idea of how the space could be best utilized. A small investment that made a big difference.
